WORKSHOP & SEW-IN GENERAL INFORMATION

All Workshops and Sew-Ins are held at:
Salvation Army Center, 6381 Center Hill Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45224

• Workshops:
Fees – $50 (unless otherwise noted – Fabric Dyeing Workshop is a higher fee – see below)
Times: 10am – 4pm – bring a lunch or plan to run out for a quick carry-out
Workshops may require a separate supply and/or book fee – consult newsletter or website for details
Workshop fees are non-refundable (if you cannot attend, you are encouraged to find a substitute)
Fabric Dyeing Workshops:
Fee – $85 – (non-refundable)
Supply list available on website
Times: 9:30am until you are finished (bring a lunch)
Sew-Ins:
Fee – $10 (non-refundable)
Times: 10am-4pm – bring a lunch or plan to run out for a quick carry-out

Monthly meetings include:

Show & Tell – Please limit your presentation to 2 items.
Fat Quarter Drawing: Bring a quilt shop quality fat quarter to enter in the drawing for a chance to win the entire stack! Theme varies by month.
Sew-To-Win: Spend a buck or two for a kit to make a block. Bring your completed block back the next month for a chance to win a quilt’s worth of blocks!
Block Swap: Make blocks and swap with others for increased variety in your quilt. Click here for the Modern Knot block instructions, due June 1.
Kids Komforts: Pick up a kit to put together a Kids Komforts Quilt.
Library: Check out our library and borrow a book or two for the month.
Name Tags, Guild Pins: Order name tags and guild pins.
Quilts of Valor: The mission of the Quilts of Valor Foundation is to cover service members and veterans touched by war with comforting and healing Quilts of Valor.
UFO Challenge: Incentive to complete Unfinished Fabric Objects throughout the year. See Valerie DeLuca at the meeting for details.
